FUZE Foundations is a guided movement experience designed to reconnect our sensuality and sense of self-trust through rhythm-based dance and embodied presence

INSIDE THE STUDIO

FUZE Foundations Studio is a movement sanctuary for dance, ritual, and presence.

No experience needed.

Rooted in the FUZE Method™, the studio blends movement languages, rituals, and body traditions from across the African diaspora and global dance lineages, honoring the emotional history and cultural spirit carried through movement across generations.

Through the method, we blend influences inspired by:

  • Brazilian and Cuban movement textures

Weekly FUZE Method™Classes

A new guided class released each week featuring:

• arrival ritual + grounding warmups

• isolation training + movement breakdowns

• dance history of traditional movements practiced

• choreography fusion

• emotional embodiment work

• closing regulation rituals

Global Movement Fusion

FUZE is a living movement practice that evolves through cultural study, travel, collaboration, and embodied learning.

As the studio grows, classes may incorporate movement languages, rhythms, textures, and storytelling elements learned through connection with dancers, teachers, and traditions from different parts of the world.

The intention is not to flatten cultures into trends, but to respectfully honor movement as a global language of memory, resilience, sensuality, and human expression.

FUZE Foundation Studio is for the woman who wants to feel:

Sensual without performance

Sensuality is an intricate part of being human. Return to your body, instead of feeling shamed for it.

Grounded in her body

A woman stuck in her mind can quickly be overworked, burned out and her spark dimmed. Being grounded in her being allows her space to reset and refine the reality she is creating.

Emotionally Connected again

Dance requires you to tap into your most vulnerable nature. Whether alone or with others. Allow your body to move.

Expressive, fluid and safe

Embrace your true nature and express what you feel. Dance is meant to be felt. Not simply performed.

Whether you are returning to dance or rediscovering your body for the first time…

you are welcome here.

Nervous System First Approach

Movement here is intentional.

We focus on:
• grounding • breath • fluidity • emotional presence • safe sensual expression
• reconnecting to the body with care • connection with our neighbors
