Meet Your Instructor:
KEY ‣ Kayla Rush
Kayla is a movement practitioner and the creator of the Key System, a body-based approach that begins with nervous system regulation and rebuilds connection through sensation, expression, and embodied power.
She holds a B.A. in Dance Performance, Choreography, and Theory from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has trained and performed internationally, including in countries like Brazil and Costa Rica.
With over two decades of experience in the body and the last two years spent living and teaching in Bangkok, her work brings together technical training, lived experience, and a deep understanding of how the body protects, adapts, and opens.
